Sophie Honeybourne started her jewellery business one month after graduating from London’s Royal College of Art with a Masters Degree in 2003. Prior to that, at the age of 18 she began an apprenticeship with the Isle of Wight’s leading contemporary silversmith, Chris Morphy, which quickly turned into a paid employment. Sophie continued to work under Chris for 7 years where she learned the traditional skills of jewellery making and silversmithing, alongside her BA and MA studies.

Sophie’s studio is based in her hometown of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight, where, in 2007, Sophie expanded the business by opening Honeybourne Jewellery. This is now a fully stocked boutique providing a bespoke commission service and ‘off the peg’ changing collections. Dream a little
